All that needs to be done is an adjustment to the DNS. We’ll help you with that, of course.
I don't have a domain name yet, can you help with that?
We certainly can. Your subscription includes a .be, .nl or .com domain name.
Want to register a different type of domain name? Just let us know, and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Billing & Payments
Are there any additional costs?
Beyond your monthly or annual subscription, there are no additional costs. Everything is included in that one fixed price (including adjustments you ask our support to do)
How can I pay for my website?
Payments are made through our website. We ask that you add your website to your shopping cart via this page, and checkout via our checkout: https://incrediweb.be/nl/product/business-website-pro/
After payments, you will also receive a VAT invoice from us.
What is the contract term?
After launching your website, there is a 12-month contract term. Your website with Incrediweb will be renewed for 12 months at a time thereafter.
You can cancel up to 5 business days before your subscription renewal date.
You can check the status of your subscription by logging into your account, or on your invoice.
Managing your website
Can I make my own changes to my website such as adding text and photos?
Indeed, you get access to the website, after which you can edit the content yourself such as new texts, photos, video. You also have the ability to add or delete pages yourself, as well as change the order of elements on the pages from place to place, ….
